Your new responsibilities

  • Conduct daily monitoring and inspection of the facility HVAC system, including Package Type Air Conditioners, Air Handling Units, Make-up Air Units, Room and Process Exhaust Systems, Ventilation System, and EPA Cleanroom Air Conditioning System—encompassing dust particle count testing, analysis, and ESD testing.
  • Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance to each HVAC system of the facility
  • Package type Air Conditioner operating condition and efficiency monitoring
  • Refrigerant leak tracing, control system/circuit troubleshooting and repair
  • Measurement of air flow, static pressure, temperature and relative humidity
  • Testing and commissioning of newly installed HVAC equipment


Who we are looking for


  • Technical College Graduate / Vocationally Trained
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC systems, with TESDA National Certifications in Commercial Air-conditioning Installation and Servicing, and Industrial Refrigeration Operation and Maintenance, and strong knowledge in motor controls.
  • Experienced in managing cleanroom air-conditioning.
  • With knowledge on ISO 14644 (Class 7)
  • Conduct and evaluate Room Particle Count
