Your new responsibilities

  • Provides technical support to all projects, evaluation, development and optimization of new processes
  • Perform root cause analysis and work to reduce any defects and potential risk
  • Provide disposition on low yield lots related to process
  • Monitor all processes with the goal of resolving any issues as efficiently as possible, reducing downtime.
  • Analyse all relevant data and use it to improve the processes of the work environment.


Who we are looking for


  • Technical or Vocational Diploma, bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in handling tape and reel machines and AOI systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in semiconductor process engineering is a plus.
  • Ability to perform 12-hour day/night rotating shifts monthly
