ENI is currently undergoing an exciting transformation process: as part of a carve-out, the business line is being transferred to the corporate structure of USHIO Inc. as an independent unit. For you as Customer Service Specialist (d/m/f), this means a unique opportunity to actively shape this change.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information on commercial, logistical, and technical matters in collaboration with expert teams
- Process and verify orders and delivery plans through EDI, Xchange, or SAP
- Monitor product availability, manage backorders, and ensure smooth logistics operations
- Validate customer-specific requirements (e.g., labeling, packaging, delivery methods) before order confirmation
- Maintain and update price lists and customer records
- Manage and resolve disputes related to quality, delivery, or billing in partnership with internal stakeholders
- Support consignment inventory and export documentation when required
Who we are looking for
- Degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
- Several years of B2B Customer Service experience.
- Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving ability.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
