Your new responsibilities

  • Processing transit procedures in the area of import and export

  • Preparation of customs declarations

  • Support in creating analyses of export and import documentation – data verification and analysis, completion of missing information

  • Support in preparing documentation for returned shipments

  • Support in verifying customs duty values

  • Classification of products according to the customs tariff

  • Cooperation with the purchasing and accounting departments

  • Working with the SAP system


What we look for


Language Skills

  • English language – Upper‑intermediate (B2)

  • German language – Beginner (A1)

Personal Qualifications and Skills

  • Completed secondary or university education in economics, logistics, or another relevant field

  • Fluent knowledge of the English language

  • Knowledge of the German language is a strong advantage

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in import, export, or logistics is required

  • Willingness to learn and develop

  • Proactive approach to work

From 1.500 EUR/month, depending on relevant experience and other skills according to the requirements of the given position.
