Your new responsibilities

  • Perform line maintenance and sustaining activities for FOL machines such as Die Attach, Wire Bonding, and ovens.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot various equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Carry out machine conversions, tool changes, and preventive maintenance to support production requirements.
  • Work on shifts and provide overtime support whenever required.
  • Follow instructions effectively and support engineering evaluations and improvement activities.


What we look for


  • Possess a technical engineering certificate or diploma with strong knowledge in mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
  • Experienced and familiar with FOL equipment, particularly Die Attach (DA) and Wire Bonding (WB) processes.
  • Have 2–3 years of relevant hands-on working experience in this technical field.
