The Senior Specialist, Marketing Campaign Journey Builder is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing customer journeys using marketing automation platforms (SFDC Marketing Cloud). This role combines strong marketing technology expertise, analytical skills, and cross-functional coordination to ensure effective campaign performance and smooth product launch execution.
The ideal candidate is both data-driven and collaborative, capable of translating campaign strategies into automated journeys while also managing stakeholders across the organization to meet product launch timelines.
Responsibilities
1. Journey & Campaign Development

Build, deploy, and maintain automated customer journeys using marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

Translate campaign briefs into structured workflows with clear triggers, logic, and personalization rules.

Ensure journeys are aligned with overall marketing strategies and target audience segments.

Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
2. Performance Analytics & Optimization

Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement, conversion, bounce rates, and ROI.

Interpret data to identify opportunities for improvement in journey design and targeting.

Prepare performance dashboards and insights reports for campaign managers and leadership.

Implement A/B testing and continuous optimization strategies.
3. Product Launch Coordination

Support campaign managers in coordinating cross-functional activities for product launches involving Product Managers, Distribution, Campaign Managers, and Product Marketing teams.

Maintain and manage the product launch checklist to ensure:

Timely completion of tasks

Alignment across teams

Accurate status tracking

Smooth execution of product launch milestones

Schedule & facilitate regular check-in meetings and updates on progress.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Serve as a central communication point between marketing, product, and distribution teams.

Ensure all stakeholders have the necessary information and assets for campaign and launch execution.

Proactively identify bottlenecks and coordinate resolutions.
What we look for

Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (especially Journey Builder-type tools).

Solid understanding of segmentation, lead nurturing, email marketing best practices, and personalization logic.

Proficient in marketing analytics and data interpretation.

Ability to build meaningful dashboards and reports (Excel, BI tools, Marketing Cloud Analytics, etc.)

3–5+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM operations, or campaign management.

Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboards and campaign metrics.

Hands-on experience with journey-building platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

Experience working in a global or regional marketing environment is preferred.

Able to collaborate effectively across cultures, regions, and time zones.

Language proficiency: Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
