Your new responsibilities

  • Understand customers’ applications, product roadmap and customer organization to have a clear engagement strategy
  • Visit and work closely within our Key Solid State Lighting industry customers to promote ams OSRAM products. Also develop and breakthrough into new customers and applications where possible
  • Cooperate and coordinate among teams of FAE, marketing, distributors and others to achieve the design win and revenue sales targets of solid growth
  • Based on experience and deep understanding of the industrial Solid State Lighting market, make precise forecast of customer responsibilities, implement order demands, coordinate the supply chain, report and communicate effectively all essential business needs to your wider community colleagues
  • Understanding distributor channel sales and mass market work is preferred


Who we are looking for


  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of work experience in Electronics OEM and/or Distribution account management. LED, Solid State Lighting sales experience is preferred
  • Knowledge in Electronics engineering, microelectronics, optics Engineering is preferred, but not essential
  • Background of international semiconductor companies or large domestic industry suppliers
  • Highly motivated, goals driven, sensitive to business acumen, strong in self-drive, and execution
  • Able to adapt to short-term business trips and being a team player is essential
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
