What You’ll Do:
- Lead a skilled and motivated team in advancing current technologies, developing new processes, and implementing new technologies in a 24/7 manufacturing operation producing critical components used in the assembly of innovative lighting technologies
- Responsible for transferring new products from the R&D phase to the production floor through structured industrialization and new product introduction methodologies
- Motivate and stimulate your team to meet technical challenges with innovative ideas and deliver to critical timelines
- Contribute to a safe and dynamic manufacturing environment
- Provides technical guidance and mentorship to team members, supporting their professional growth and development

Requirements:
- Must have prior NPI Manufacturing and/or Process Development experience
- Superior organizational skills aimed at innovating, managing timelines, and delivering results
- Demonstrated expertise in a variety of manufacturing and assembly technologies and able to effectively implement said technologies with quality and cost in mind
- Working knowledge of production methods for ceramic, glass, or polymer materials and coatings seen as a definite plus
- Ability to lead teams by establishing challenging expectations, developing individuals, establishing structured processes, and creating a culture of commitment and accountability
- Strong applied understanding of Design for Six Sigma principles; Formal Six Sigma training considered a definite plus
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Materials, Polymers, Paints); Master's degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, or Business Administration preferred
