Your new responsibilities

1.Product Introduction and Management

  • Drive BU Key Standard Programs
  • Product Owner for OSAT
  • Integration with OSAT Partners

2.Strategic Relationships and Opportunities

  • Strategic Relationships with the Subcons
  • Win-Win Scenarios:
  • C4C & Full Turnkey Initiative:
  • Cost Reduction Activities
  • Refine OSAT Rationalize Strategy

3.New Product Development and Launch

4.Drive BU Key Standard Programs, Milestones, and Deliverables for Smooth Product Introduction

5.Compliance, Quality Assurance, and People Development

6.Technology and Process Management

  • Setups in New or Existing OSATs:
  • Technology & Process Transfer


7.Regional Support

  • Regional Support in Asia: Provide support across different regions in Asia to mitigate communication and time zone challenges, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely decision-making.


What we look for


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and external manufacturing partners.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities to address manufacturing and operational challenges.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven team collaboration and interpersonal skills, fostering productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptable mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Solid knowledge of manufacturing operations, processes, and production environments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as required to support external manufacturing partners and business needs.
  • Ability to drive execution and deliver results in a complex manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to influence and collaborate across different functions and cultures
