Your new responsibilities

Position Summary：

  • The SAP Analytics Expert designs, develops, and supports enterprise data, analytics, and AI solutions across SAP BW, Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) to enable data-driven decision-making and business innovation.
  • The role combines deep technical expertise with business process understanding to deliver scalable analytics platforms, semantic data models, and SAP AI-enabled capabilities that accelerate the company's digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibility：

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise analytics solutions using SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
  • Build and manage semantic data models, data products, and business-oriented datasets to ensure trusted, reusable, and governed data assets across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate reporting, analytics, and planning requirements into scalable and value-driven solutions.
  • Drive the migration and modernization of analytics platforms, supporting the transition from SAP BW to cloud-based data and analytics architectures.
  • Leverage SAP Business AI capabilities, including Joule and AI-powered analytics features, to improve decision-making, automation, and business insights.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance by applying best practices throughout the data lifecycle.
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging SAP data, analytics, and AI technologies, contributing to innovation and the company's digital transformation roadmap.


Who we are looking for


Education background & Industry exposure

  • Exposure to end-to-end business processes such as Finance, Controlling, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Sales is highly desirable. 

Years of experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Analytics, Data Warehousing, or Business Intelligence.
  • Proven hands-on experience in SAP BW, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, SAC, or related SAP analytics technologies.

Essential knowledge and professional skills

  • Strong expertise in SAP BW, data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and modern semantic data modeling concepts.
  • Understanding of SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), Data Products, data governance, and enterprise analytics architectures.
  • Understanding of SAP Business AI, Joule, AI-assisted analytics, intelligent insights, and AI-enabled business processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Other Must-Have requirements

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international environment.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
