Your new responsibilities

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our A5 command center team. This role provides hands-on experience in IT support and SAP systems. The intern will assist with monitoring SAP support queues, handling simple user inquiries, and maintaining internal documentation. On-the-job training will be provided. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Your job is to manage the SAP support queue by monitoring tickets, assigning them to the right teams, and ensuring they are correctly prioritized, while also assisting end users with basic inquiries and helping to create and update essential support documentation. 


Who we are looking for


  • Currently studying in a technical or business administration field. 
  • Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn new tools. 
  • Good written English is required (minimum CET Band 4 or equivalent); spoken English is an advantage. 
  • Careful, dependable, and able to follow instructions. 
  • Able to work both independently and in a team.
