Your new responsibilities

Key Responsibility：

  • Driving the team to clarify/define project target/requirement & workout solution
  • Planning, monitoring and controlling of the whole project, include schedule/resource/quality & Risk
  • Act according internal and external standard and regulations & process, ensure the quality of milestone delivery
  • Collaborate & influence team to continually improve company competitiveness, via communication efficiency/Cost driving/product performance improving. 
  • Project report (regular report, request of milestone approval, escalation of deviations/Risk)


Who we are looking for


Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or above. Electrical / Mechanical / Physics / Sales and Marketing background
  • Min. 5 years of SSL lighting or Automotive field preferred
  • Min. 3 year of experience in project management (through product idea to mass production)
  • Cross functional leadership for project management & conflict management
  • Fluent written & spoken English. Good communication with international team
