Your new responsibilities

  • Responsible for correct selection of optical material/components/LEDs based on specification/technical feasibility, environmental conditions and product requirements. 负责光学材料、组件及LED的正确选型，基于技术可行性、环境条件及产品要求进行评估。 
  • Gather customer requirement and market demands from application side, generate input for product design. 收集客户需求和市场应用信息，生成产品设计输入。 
  • Estimate the costs, resources, and time required to conduct a new project from application perspective and monitor performance to ensure these targets are met while adopting the relevant procedures. 评估新项目所需的成本、资源和时间，并在执行过程中监控绩效，确保目标达成。 
  • Assist product go-to-market, providing technical support, material and product knowledge for marketing. 协助产品上市，提供技术支持、材料和产品知识，支持市场推广。 
  • Support design-in activities, providing technical support and demonstrations to win project contracts. 支持客户设计导入活动，提供技术支持和演示，帮助赢取项目合同。 
  • Compose technical documentation and application notes to ensure customers fully understand and utilize the products. 编写技术文档和应用说明，确保客户充分理解并正确使用产品。 


Who we are looking for


  • Bachelor or above, major in optic or relevant. 本科及以上学历，光学或相关专业。 
  • Min. 8 year experience on automotive headlamp or light source product as optic engineer, or optic related FAE or PM. 至少8年汽车前照灯或光源产品光学工程师经验，或光学相关FAE/PM经验。 
  • Experienced with project handling, being able to independently handle marketing support, proposal writing, product demonstration etc. 熟悉项目管理，能够独立处理市场支持、方案撰写、产品演示等工作。 
  • Good knowledge in Light design with tools like LucidShape, LightTools. 熟练使用光学设计工具，如 LucidShape、LightTools。 
  • Understanding and knowledge of AM lighting regulations, application conditions. 了解汽车照明法规及应用条件。 
  • Familiar with automotive headlamp or light source product development and testing process. 熟悉汽车前照灯或光源产品开发及测试流程。 -Coaching or demonstrating skill. 具备培训或演示技能。 
  • Self-motivated, team spirit, good attitudes, interpersonal skill. 自我驱动，团队合作精神，积极态度，良好的人际交往能力。 
  • English could be working language, sensitive to numbers. 英语良好，具备良好的数字敏感度。
