• Responsible for LED module structural design, including material selection, mechanical strength analysis, and assembly process, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and environmental requirements.
• Develop and optimize thermal management solutions, perform thermal simulation analysis (e.g., CFD), ensuring product heat dissipation performance under various operating conditions.
• Participate in product development process, evaluate cost, resources, and timeline, ensuring project completion as planned.
• Support product validation and testing, analyze structural and thermal performance, and propose improvement suggestions; Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and application notes to ensure customers and internal teams understand design solutions.
• Assist marketing activities, provide structural and thermal technical support, and participate in customer design-in activities; Collaborate with optical and electrical engineering teams to ensure integrated design and performance optimization.
  
  

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in LED module or automotive lighting product structural and thermal design, familiar with product development process.
• Experience in mechanical part manufacturing, like molding, diecasting, stamping; Proficient in structural design tools (eg.,Solidworks) and thermal simulation software
• Familiar with LED thermal management technologies, material properties, and reliability testing methods; Knowledge of automotive lighting regulations and application conditions, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experienced in project management, capable of independently handling marketing support, proposal writing, and product demonstration; Fluent in English communication, strong interpersonal skills, and team spirit.
