Your new responsibilities

Position Summary (岗位描述)

  • Plan, control and coordinate production related material and Finish Goods to support manufacturing process and meet customers’ expectations of product availability with maximizing net profits or minimizing its total inventory investment. 
  • Lead and coordinate various activities in SSL project management for SCP function and Coordinate and implement phase in/phase out planning.

 

Key Responsibility：

  • Aggregate forecast and communicate with Sales/CS for demand fluctuation and reason behind
  • Daily/weekly/Monthly Production Plan/SDC replenishment base on demand forecast and planning strategy
  • Set up purchase request (schedule agreement) for material and merchandise goods according the MRP result and follow the in-time delivery
  • Manage inventory level, Define MTS/MTO strategy, safety stock, lot size for each distribution center, coordinate related function to decreasing Slow moving items and block inventory
  • Sales order confirmation and ATP/OTIF failure analysis and action for improvement
  • Capacity plan analysis and pre-alert to Sales/Regional SCM regarding capacity shortage
  • Coordinate APAC & Global SSL project phase in/out planning 
  • Plan and control risk buy of components in Project planning
  • Design/enhance Supply Chain planning process in Project management

Who we are looking for


  • Bachelor degree or above
  • 3-5 years of relevant electronic industry experience. 
  • In depth experience of planning procedure and logic.
  • Good understanding of business operations /Logistics function/Supply Chain Management
  • Skill set for MS-Software, e.g. Excel, Word, PPT
  • SAP R/3, APO, BW, IBP
  • Ability to digest medium to high degree of business complexity
  • Fast learner, strong analytical skills and communication skills
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese 
  • 2-3 years'experiences in SCM Project Management will be advanced
  • Leadership experience with small to mid-size team will be advanced
  • Cross functional working experience in global companies preferred
