Your new responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced FAE Manager to lead our customer-facing Field Application Engineering team across the EMEA region. In this strategic role, operates at the intersection of engineering, sales, and customer strategy —driving design wins, revenue growth, and long-term customer partnerships in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Field Application Engineers across key accounts and regions
  • Serve as the senior technical interface for customers, including escalation management and executive-level interactions
  • Drive design-in and design-win activities, supporting customers from concept phase through to production
  • Partner closely with Sales to identify, build, and successfully convert pipeline opportunities into revenue
  • Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to translate customer requirements into product solutions
  • Ensure strong focus on strategic key accounts and high-impact growth opportunities
  • Capture and analyze market insights and application trends to shape future product solutions


Who we are looking for


  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Field Application Engineering, Technical Sales, or Application Engineering
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and developing technical teams
  • Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to engage effectively at senior and executive levels
  • Solid commercial acumen, including understanding of pipelines, revenue drivers, and business impact
  • Experience working with OEM customers (automotive or industrial sectors strongly preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, combining technical depth with clear business perspective
