Senior Product Marketing Manager drives strategy, go-to-market execution, and downstream marketing across a diverse portfolio of mixed‑signal sensing technologies. The role requires solid technical understanding of semiconductor sensors and sensor interfaces (e.g. CT/X‑Ray detectors, ADCs, mixed‑signal ASICs) combined with strong strategic capabilities, high flexibility, and hands-on marketing execution skills. The position collaborates closely with the global head of product marketing, global product line teams, R&D, sales, and central marketing/communication functions.
- Lead strategic assessments and innovation projects focusing on x-ray imaging, computed tomography and sensor interface ASICs analyzing customer needs, technology trends, and competitive dynamics to define future product and portfolio strategies
- Develop global go‑to‑market plans in collaboration with product managers defining value propositions, messaging frameworks, target segments, solution roadmaps, and demonstrator or evaluation kit strategies
- Plan and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns with regional and global marketing teams ensuring consistent execution across digital, events, sales, and partner channels
- Develop high‑quality marketing collateral including website content, brochures, flyers, videos, demo showcases, and graphics supporting campaign rollout and maintaining asset quality and messaging consistency
- Act as a key representative of product lines at customer events, conferences, and industry exhibitions, delivering technical marketing presentations and demonstrating mixed-signal sensor solutions
Who we are looking for
- Technical degrees (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Physics, Engineering Sciences, Industrial Engineering) or comparable qualification
- Understanding of the IC development for sensor interfaces in factory/building automation and medical technology
- Several years of experience in product marketing, product management, or technology marketing with mixed signal ICs
- Experience in leading strategy and innovation projects; Experience in Design Thinking / Agile, business modeling, and business case calculations is desirable
- Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and managing marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with graphics and content tools (Adobe, Canva, Figma, or similar) is a plus
- A clear strategic mindset (consulting background) is required with strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
