Your new responsibilities

  • Architect and advise on scalable, future-proof AI solutions tailored to business needs
  • Design generative AI solutions using large language models (LLMs)
  • Implement end-to-end generative AI solutions, including model fine-tuning, deployment, and testing in production environments
  • Work closely with business departments, data scientists and, software engineers  to seamlessly integrate generative AI into applications and workflows
  • Develop comprehensive technical documentation and assist the deployment of GenAI cases
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for AI-related inquiries
  • Ensure effective lifecycle management of applications


Who we are looking for


  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in IT, Data Management, Business Intelligence, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in AI engineering specifically focused on Generative AI platforms and Solutions
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including building, customizing, and integrating copilots into Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel) and business workflows
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Foundry for rapid prototyping and deploying AI solutions, working closely with product and engineering teams
  • Proficiency in Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Machine Learning for model development and deployment
  • Awareness of security, governance, and compliance considerations for AI/ML systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in German and English
