- Design, implement, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards, and automate reporting processes to support monthly and ad-hoc reporting while improving efficiency and accuracy.
- Accountability for end-to-end reporting processes, ensuring data quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives related to data, reporting, and analytics workflows
- Support projects by providing data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
- Support organizational management activities, including department and position structure maintenance.
- Document data models, processes, and standards to ensure sustainability, knowledge transfer, and compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
What we look for
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience working in HR related field, relevant professional certifications (Power BI, Data Analytics, Automation) are an advantage
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dashboards, performance optimization), Advanced data analytics and data modeling concepts
- Familiarity with automation tools is a PLUS (Power Automate, scripting, or similar)
- Experience acting as a subject-matter expert, ability to guide stakeholders, influence best practices, and drive initiatives and project management
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken), strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
