Mobility / Expatriate Management

Manage, coordinate, and execute end to end employee’s mobility services, such as transfers, assignments, short term assignment, local foreign hires, relocations, and contract renewals.

Collaborate with local and global teams to handle new foreign hire processes, review and approve documents, and manage financial arrangements. This involves collaborating with global, regional and local Human Resource (HR) teams.

Advise business stakeholders and employees on the correct application of policies and provide guidance on the selection of the appropriate policy for mobility cases.

Manage pre-boarding, onboarding, travel and repatriation arrangements, , immigration, tax, and relocation support. Coordinate and communicate with relevant HR functions, business stakeholders and external vendors where required to ensure a smooth employee experience.

Ensure proper documentation of paperwork according to compliance requirements for audit purposes.

Conduct assignment briefings with employees.

Provide guidance and support in obtaining the necessary visas, work permits, school registrations, housing needs, and any other support as needed.

Track and manage costs, review and approve expense claims, and ensure adherence to the relocation guidelines.

Track and update the status of mobility cases, record issues/impediments and solutions, and identify opportunities for process improvements regularly.

Create, update, and maintain appropriate documentation such as assignment letters, secondment agreements, and employment letters, as well as employee data in relevant systems.

Provide timely updates to the Division Head on potential issues or escalations with recommended remedial action and discuss solutions.

Ensure compliance with global mobility policies, local labor regulations, and internal controls.

Act as the primary point of contact for assignees, providing guidance and timely resolution of queries.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

Support C&B Administration, maintain and administer employee benefits programs

Partner with payroll to ensure accurate processing of salary, benefits, and mobility-related payments.

Support audits, data reconciliation, and reporting related to compensation and benefits.
Stakeholder & Operational Excellence

Work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Provide advisory support to managers and employees on mobility, compensation, and benefits-related matters.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and analysis for management review.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation within Mobility and C&B operations.

Contribute to HR projects, policy reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives within GBS.
What we look for
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
-
Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in Mobility, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Operations, preferably in an MNC or GBS environment.
Skills & Competencies
-
Strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and mobility frameworks.
-
Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory requirements (regional/global exposure is an advantage).

Strong analytical skills with experience in salary analysis and reporting.

High attention to detail and strong data accuracy mindset.
-
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Proficient in HR systems (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors) and MS Excel.
