Your new responsibilities

  • Support organizational management activities, including maintaining department and position structures, reporting lines, and related updates in the HR system to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform regular data checks and system updates to maintain high data quality, ensure timely processing of HR transactions, and support basic HR reporting when required.
  • Maintain and support HR system workflows, and coordinate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to resolve system or data-related issues.
  • Participate in HR projects, initiatives, and process improvement activities, including supporting data preparation, reporting, progress tracking, and providing support to other HR functions such as Learning & Development when required.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with strong accountability, while maintaining proper documentation of processes, guidelines, and data standards to support knowledge sharing and compliance.


What we look for


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates or candidates with some HR experience are welcome to apply.
  • Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility, willingness to learn, and attention to detail, especially when handling HR data and system updates.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with HR, IT, and other stakeholders. Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and support different HR functions when required.
