Your new responsibilities

  • Work independently within the SAP HCM environment to understand and implement HR business requirements, with a focus on, but not limited to, Payroll and Time Management
  • Be responsible for 3rd-level support, including ongoing operations such as payroll processing, time evaluation, incident and problem management, system enhancements, and the implementation of legal changes
  • Take ownership of the design and implementation of business processes, as well as the continuous optimization of processes and systems
  • Plan, prepare, and coordinate projects within your area of responsibility, including the management and coordination of external resources
  • Implement support packages efficiently


Who we are looking for


  • Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, economics or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience (at least 3-5 years) in the SAP HCM Environment
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience in the areas of personnel administration (PA) and payroll (PY) including schemes and rules, time management (PT), certification, and organizational management (OM). Knowledge in Austrian payroll and time management processes preferable
  • Good ABAP programming skills are a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of Employee/Manager Self-Services (ESS/MSS) and experience with SuccessFactors is desirable
  • Team player who enjoys working in a global, multi-cultural team
  • Effective communication skills, a strong customer and solution focus, and good presentation skills
  • Excellent English skills; proficiency in German language is beneficial

 

For Slovakia: Salary package starts from 2.700 EUR/month gross, depending on relevant experience and other skills according to the requirements of the given position
