Senior Staff Engineer, QM Supplier Quality Management

Your new responsibilities

  • Providing input and taking part of sourcing strategy decision
  • New supplier introduction and Qualification
  • New product / component introduction
  • Execute Supplier Audits at new and existing suppliers
  • Supplier performance management and Quality reporting
  • Drive Continuous improvement at Suppliers
  • Component Center activities: Support projects with the release of components in EDOS 

Who we are looking for


  • Degree in engineering or equivalent experience depending on the Region.
  • More than 5 years experience in Eletronic industry and quality relevant job
  • Experience in Supplier quality management, complaint handling, quality improvement program.
  • Automotive OEM supplier quality management is preferred.
  • Professional knowledge:
    - Quality relevant job work experience
    - Quality tools and methods (8D, APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, PPAP)
    - Knowledge and application audit process in accordance to ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 /  VDA 6.3 
    - Application of the respective methodology for audits such as ISO 9001, VDA 6.3
  • Social Skills:
    - Conflict management skills: Application of systematic methods or measures to prevent escalation, expansion of a conflict or clearance of conflicts.
    -Ability to communicate to an audience in an accurate, convincing and authentic way and to be able to prepare and present the essential facts for a specific (presentation) occasion.
