Your new responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end learning administration, including LMS setup, training invitations, attendance tracking, evaluations, and documentation
  • Handle PR/PO creation in Ariba and support training-related budget and cost tracking
  • Accountability for HR reporting processes, ensuring data quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Design and enhance HR dashboards and reports (Power BI / Excel), including driving automation and process efficiency
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to resolve system or data-related issues
  • Contribute to HR projects, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts across processes and systems
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and standards to support sustainability, knowledge transfer, and compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements
