Your new responsibilities

  • Employee Data Maintenance:
    • Accurately enter and update employee data in Success Factor EC system
    • Maintain and audit HR databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.
    • Process employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
    • Perform routine and ad-hoc audits of employee records to identify discrepancies or outdated information.
    • Support HR reporting by generating standard reports and assisting with data analysis requests.
    • Assist in system upgrades or implementations by participating in testing and data validation.
  • Leave & Time Management:
    • Administer and manage employee leave requests (annual, parental, etc) in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
    • Ensure data accuracy and timely updates to the timekeeping system to reflect any adjustments such as shift changes, overtime, or corrections.
    • Prepare attendance report for month end closing.
    • Provide support for system configuration changes related to time management, such as approval workflow updates, shift pattern changes, and clock time adjustments.
    • Collaborate with the HRIT/vendor teams to resolve any technical issues or enhancements required in the timekeeping systems.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees on matters related to Employee Personal and Job Information, Leave and Time attendance.


Who we are looking for


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1-2 years’ of experience. Candidates with experience in China payroll processing will have an added advantage.
  • Foundation knowledge of Compensation and Benefits / Timekeeping system.
  • Preferably with written and spoken in Mandarin language.
  • Familiarity with SAP payroll software and Success Factor.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates with experience in Shared Service Centre/MNC will have an added advantage.
