Employee Data Maintenance & HR Administration:
- Administer and manage employee data in the SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of transactions.
- Maintain and audit HR databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.
- Process employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Prepare, review, and issue employee-related documentation, including Letters of Appointment (LOA), promotion letters, salary adjustment letters, employment verification letters, and other HR-related correspondence.
- Maintain accurate employee files and supporting documentation in accordance with company policies and record retention requirements.
- Perform routine and ad-hoc audits of employee records to identify discrepancies or outdated information.
- Support HR reporting by generating standard reports and assisting with data analysis requests.
- Assist in system upgrades or implementations by participating in testing and data validation.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee data and HR administration inquiries, ensuring timely support, accurate documentation and etc.
Leave, Time & Claim Management:
- Administer, manage, review and approve employee leave requests (annual, parental, medical and etc) in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Administer, manage, review, and approve employee claims in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates to the timekeeping system to reflect any adjustments such as shift changes, overtime, or corrections. Prepare attendance report for month end closing.
- Provide support for system configuration changes related to time management, such as approval workflow updates, shift pattern changes, and clock time adjustments.
- Collaborate with the HRIT/vendor teams to resolve any technical issues or enhancements required in the timekeeping systems.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees on matters related to Employee Personal and Job Information, Leave, Time Attendance and Claims Management.
What we look for
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Candidates with up to 1-2 years’ of experience.
- Candidates with experience in handling Singapore HR Ops/Payroll processing will have an added advantage.
- Foundation knowledge of Compensation and Benefits / Timekeeping system.
- Familiarity with SAP payroll software and Success Factor.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates with experience in Shared Service Centre/MNC will have an added advantage.
