- Acquisition of new customers in the OEM & AFTM sectors across Europe
- Conducting market analyses, generating ideas, evaluating new technologies, suppliers, markets, and current/future market and customer requirements
- Identifying new business opportunities and customer potential
- Independent planning and execution of customer-specific OEM/OES/AFTM projects, considering automotive and customer requirements
- Close collaboration with internal and external customers, including preparation of quotations and contract documents
- Defining and implementing tools and measures to support organizational targets, as well as developing suitable sales strategies and new sales approaches
- Acting as the central point of contact for customers, sales, purchasing, marketing, supply chain, packaging department, and other departments
Who we are looking for
- Successfully completed university degree (Master’s or Diploma) in a scientific, economic, or technical field, with several years of professional experience in the LED business (fixtures)
- Strong technical and electronic understanding
- Solid knowledge of project business and sales processes
- High level of initiative, flexibility, and sense of responsibility
- Team player with an independent working style and excellent communication skills
- Fluent English, German is an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally (~50%)
