Your new responsibilities

HR & Training Administrator – Summary
The HR & Training Administrator provides administrative support for both Human Resources
and employee training functions. This role is responsible for maintaining employee records,
supporting HR processes, coordinating training activities, tracking compliance requirements,
and ensuring employees receive the training and resources needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain confidential employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR documentation, reports, and employee communications.
Support HR audits, compliance activities, and process improvements.
Coordinate training schedules, materials, communications, and attendance tracking.
Maintain training records and learning management system (LMS) data.
Monitor required training completion and compliance certifications.
Generate HR and training reports and metrics.
Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and compliance reporting.

Work Environment:
Primarily office-based with occasional support for training sessions, recruiting events,
and employee engagement activities.

Regular interaction with employees, managers, trainers, and external partners.
