The Maintenance Foreman position is within our Packaging Department team and includes the following primary responsibilities:

• Coordination of all maintenance and continuous improvement activities across all packaging lines 
• Direct responsibility for reducing downtime and streamlining maintenance activities using lean techniques.
• Administering and organizing PM programs, as well as design/process improvements
• Implement and manage the Mean-Time-Before-Failure methodology to reduce unplanned downtime 
• Leadership of mechanical and electrical technical associates with desired outputs
• Maintain critical spare parts inventories and reorder as needed 
• Establish and coordinate training programs, team meetings, and improvement projects. 
• Leadership role in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of proper maintenance, safety, and operational procedures
• All other duties as assigned

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree with at least 10 years of applicable industry experience
• Exposure to mechanical systems, pneumatics, and cylinder components
• Familiarity with electro-mechanical systems and PLC interfaces
• Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams to solve technical challenges
• Training or hands-on experience with LEAN and TPM methodologies is preferred
• Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and high energy to the role
