Your new responsibilities

  • Provide global system support across all production sites to ensure consistent operational functionality.
  • Monitor system jobs, processes, and data integrity to uphold high-quality standards.
  • Govern and oversee the Release and Deployment Management processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough error and problem analysis to support timely resolution and system stability.
  • Document, assess, and implement system requirements for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business users to optimize and enhance existing business processes.
  • Drive continuous development and improvement initiatives for current applications.
  • Interpret and enforce system quality standards and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
  • Analyze system data to identify opportunities for improvement, particularly in security and software deployment practices.
  • Evaluate audit findings and coordinate corrective actions with global sites to maintain compliance and performance standards.
  • Design comprehensive test cases and scenarios; execute black-box testing focusing on system architecture and performance.
  • Develop training materials and facilitate training sessions to support the standardization of policies and procedures across global sites.
  • Author detailed design and/or functional specifications for new or existing systems; collaborate closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Analyze business requirements and recommend suitable solutions for global planning systems within the team's scope.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and support for planning systems, with a primary focus on the Global Delivery Planning System (GDPS) or other assigned platforms.
  • Deliver second-level support and resolution for systems under the team’s responsibility.


What we look for


  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related industry, with exposure to global production environments.
  • Hands-on experience in system support, deployment management, quality assurance, and business process optimization across multiple functional areas.
  • Participated in global standardization initiatives, training facilitation, and continuous improvement projects such as Lean and KAIZEN.
  • Experience in supporting global production sites and aligning systems across international teams and business units.
  • Proficient in PL/SQL and Oracle databases; knowledge of MES systems (e.g., Workstream, PROMIS, OPSCenter, SiView, FAB300, ProTOS, Critical Manufacturing); system deployment and audit management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experienced in test case design, black-box testing, and continuous system improvement methodologies.
  • Web technologies: VB.NET, C#.NET, SOAP, XML; planning systems: TM1 (IBM), SAP IBP, Blue Yonder Luminate; system architecture and application support.
  • Fluent in English; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
