Your new responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain capacity models to support strategic, tactical, and operational manufacturing planning
  • Perform bottleneck analyses, scenario simulations, and capacity assessments
  • Translate demand forecasts into equipment, facility, and infrastructure requirements
  • Drive CAPEX planning by developing business cases and performing ROI and Cost of Ownership evaluations
  • Support layout optimization initiatives to improve space utilization and operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, forecasts, and decision-support models to enable data-driven capacity and investment decisions


Who we are looking for


  • Master's degree (M.Sc.) or Dipl.-Ing. in Industrial Engineering, Physics, Data Science, Production Engineering, or a related field
  • Several (3+) years of experience in e.g. Industrial Engineering, Capacity Planning, Factory Planning, Semiconductor Manufacturing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in production data analysis, KPI development, and data visualization tools such as Spotfire, Power BI, Python, SQL, or similar platforms
  • Experience in developing business cases and conducting CAPEX evaluations, including ROI and Cost of Ownership analyses
  • Practical experience or accredited Micro-Credentials in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Digital Manufacturing, or related fields are considered a strong advantage
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
  • Fluency in English
