Your new responsibilities

  • Understand business requirements and the operational criticality of integration interfaces
  • Handle requests, incidents, and configuration changes from internal and external stakeholders via the ticketing system
  • Handle technical operations of our integration solution SEEBURGER BIS 6.7 on-premises landscape in DevOps model
  • Keep applications and landscape up to date and identify operational improvements
  • Perform system monitoring, maintenance and reporting to run system stable and performant and keep system clean and compliant
  • Maintain documentation and perform know how transfer towards team colleagues
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of interface and platform issues across IT teams, customers, and external partners
  • Support SEEBURGER BIS Basis operations, including incident resolution, performance optimization, and stakeholder inquiries


Who we are looking for


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of SEEBURGER BIS 6.7 including its architecture
  • Experience working with relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
  • Good programming skills and strong proficiency in SQL query development and troubleshooting
  • Experience with SEEBURGER BIC/BIS Mapping Designer and A2A/B2B/API related Data Formats and Transmission Technologies
  • Foundational understanding of project management principles and methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
