Your new responsibilities

  • Mitentwicklung von Change Management Anwendungen und Kommunikation (Präsentationen, Aussendungen, Intranet-Beiträge…)
  • Koordination der Termine, Abstimmung mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen, Aktualisierung von Statusberichten und Projektunterlagen
  • Selbstständige Übernahme einzelner Arbeitspakete
  • Erstellung von Workshopmaterialien, Unterstützung bei den Workshops, Analyse der Ergebnisse, Vorbereitung der Schulungspläne
  • Mitentwicklung/Konzipierung der Entwicklungsmaßnahmen, Administration der Schulungen im System


Who we are looking for


  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder laufendes Studium im Bereich Psychologie, Human Resources, Marketing, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder Vergleichbares
  • Interesse an Transformationsthemen, Personalentwicklung, sowie Projekt- und Change Management
  • Praktische Erfahrungen im Projekt- oder Change Management sind von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, hohe Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Gute MS Office Kenntnisse (PowerPoint), Erfahrung mit SharePoint oder SuccessFactors ist von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Praktikumsdauer bis zu 6 Monate
