Your new responsibilities

•    Review and improve the existing SharePoint Technology Forum, focusing on structure, usability, and content organization.
•    Support the update and maintenance of knowledge‑sharing platforms (e.g. Technology Forum, expert content).
•    Design and prototype a digital idea‑tracking solution for Innovation Days.
•    Ensure alignment with existing innovation workflows and governance requirements.
•    Document proposed solutions and provide clear recommendations for future reuse.
•    Support preparation and follow‑up activities related to Innovation Days.


Who we are looking for


•    Ongoing studies in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Information Management, Digital Innovation, or similar.
•    Interest in innovation processes, knowledge sharing, and digital tools.
•    Basic experience with Excel, Teams or similar platforms.
•    Structured and analytical working style.
•    Good communication skills in English (German is a plus).
•    Ability to work independently and document results clearly.
