- Grow and build ams OSRAM After Market business and develop business with new AfterMarket customer.
- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team in distributor to closely monitor, coach, evaluate and help strengthening AfterMarket customer for products and application knowledge and skills to ensure all business objective are met.
- Monitoring the forecast sales budget for monthly and yearly from the management by developing current customer and drive initiative into the new market in the aftermarket.
- Monitoring current product trend,market price, new product opportunities and recommend direction to sales and product management.
- Monitoring stock level for local country, stock level in customer, and forecast stock to supply customer.
- Develop channel based on new product opportunity, area development or channel expertise (2W / 4W - two wheel and four wheel).
- Work in close coordination with marketing, product marketing team, supply chain, customer service.
- Responsible on the local business process to be comply with ams OSRAM regulation.
Who we are looking for
- Formal Education/Degree - Bachelor Degree.
- Professional - Sales aftermarket automotive at least 3 years .
- Project / Process - Aftermarket automotive, spare parts and accessories business.
- Professional Knowledge - Distribution and aftermarket automotive, spare parts and accessories.
- IT Knowledge - Microsoft Excel, Power Point, SAP (minimum requirement).
- Languages - Indonesian, English.
