- Develop and Execute Global Marketing Strategy: Collaborate closely with Product Lines and Sales teams to create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy by customers, products, regions, applications, channels and industries
- Revenue Planning: Responsible for the revenue planning (short-, mid-, long-term) as well as risk and mitigation tracking
- Team Management: Lead a global team comprising Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Demand Planning professionals
- Market Analysis: Gather and consolidate market information, including trends, competitors, and key players
- Competitive Benchmarking: Analyze competitor strategies to establish volume-based pricing guidelines and shape our mass market approach
- MarCom Collaboration: Drive and oversee MarCom activities, including product promotions, ecosystem events, trade shows, website management, press releases, and social media campaigns
- Collateral Development: Create and refine customer presentations, product briefs, product demonstrators, and datasheets to support direct sales and mass market activities through distribution
- Global Demand Creation: Work closely with the global sales organization to maximize our potential with existing and new customers
Who we are looking for
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline, MBA or PhD desirable
- Industry Experience: 10+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 5 years in a global leadership role
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing a large-scale, global business
- Customer Focus: Strong ability to build and strengthen customer relationships while negotiating win-win solutions
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with good cultural awareness
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel worldwide, with a strong understanding of different cultures
