- Develop and manage key accounts within the Aftermarket and OES (Original Equipment Supplier) segments in Sweden and Norway, with a focus on vehicle lighting and related aftermarket products (e.g., LED bars, work lights, compressors, battery chargers, and LED retrofit lighting)
- Identify, pursue, and manage new business opportunities in the Aftermarket and OES sectors
- Execute strategic account management plans and build long-term partnerships with key customers across Sweden and Norway
- Proactively explore and develop new business channels and customer segments in both domestic and export markets
- Lead commercial activities, including pricing, quotations, negotiations, and contract Management
- Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., with product management, R&D, logistics) to align product offerings with customer needs and market Trends
- Manage key administrative tasks such as maintaining price files, sales forecasting, and performance reporting
- Travel regularly within Sweden and Norway to meet customers and support business development initiatives
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the automotive aftermarket and/or OES sectors
- Proven track record in sales, key account development, and achieving business growth combined with in-depth understanding of the automotive lighting industry and associated product categories
- Experience in managing administrative sales tasks, including pricing strategies, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen and a results-driven approach
- Proficient in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and other sales support tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; fluency in Swedish and English is required. Proficiency in Norwegian is a plus
