· Provide support and advice to internal clients and employees from Germany and Austria
· Handle HR matters via email and phone in a foreign language (contracts, certificates, leave, payroll, etc.)
· Prepare employee documentation
· Administer employee data in the HR system
· Maintain ongoing communication with experts from Germany and Austria and conduct meetings/video conferences
· Ensure the quality of assigned tasks
· Seek operational and system process improvements
· Support data migration processes
· Develop and update process documentation

· Proficiency in German and English (B2/C1 level)
