Your new responsibilities

  • Take care of customer inquiries, for example how to place order, what is the product code, MOQ and price etc.
  • Communicate with customers to get their orders/delivery requests booked in SAP on timely base, manage the change if any.
  • Communicate with sales, supply chain, logistics and finance team to make sure of smooth order to cash process.
  • Follow up customer complaints and sustain customer satisfaction level.
  • Support sales to apply for CLUR, TP, IBP etc. in system, provide database and reports on request.
  • Management of customer profile, new creation or change.

Who we are looking for


  • Bachelor degree in business management or related.
  • 3 years experience in sales support or customer service.
  • Knowledge in business related, SAP skills are preferred.
  • Good communication skills in mother language Thai, English - fluent.
