Your new responsibilities

  • Layout planning, logistics and shopfloor automation including AMHS.
  • Maintain equipment planning parameters (e.g. throughput, availability, efficiencies) in planning systems.
  • Lead and contribute to cross-functional productivity projects to improve equipment performance and utilization.
  • Drive OEE/IEE improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis of downtime, speed losses, and quality-related impacts in close collaboration with process engineering, maintenance, and production.


Who we are looking for


  • Bachelor degree / Master degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  •  1-3 years of working experience in semiconductor or high-tech industry.
  • Understanding and application of industrial engineering tools and methodology. Experience in data analysis and improvement projects.
  • Professional Knowledge in Semiconductor capacity planning, Data analytics and data systems, IE Timestudies & Statistics Knowledge & SPC.
  • Understanding and application of broad range of industrial engineering tools (ie. OEE, Golden Tool, Work measurement, Simulation, Process Mapping, Operations Research, WIP Flow Management & etc.
  • Experience in Power BI, CM, Database Knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malay languages.
