- Analytical Technical Key expert in term of both process & hardware analytics with respect to MOCVD thin film epitaxy growth; Ability to analyze the Epitaxy film characterization and Epitaxy surface analysis through application of semiconductor metrology together with analytical methodology tools.
- Full responsibility of MOCVD thin film epitaxy growth analytical process, setup the metrology tools inclusive of define film analytical procedure and analysis tool.
- Responsible to oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure measurement quality including tool to tool matching and tool stability.
- Accountability to support the Epitaxy process control, new equipment release and new process/product qualification.
- Good collaboration and sychronization approach with counterpart. Transfer and start-up of new analytical process and hardware maintenance know-how from cross-site counterpart. Drive continuous improvement in Analytical process and identify process development potential, support development activities.
- Hardware responsibilities in term of trouble shooting, define maintenance methodology and concept, improve uptime, accuracy, repeatability of analytical tools and risk mitigation strategy including the spare part /critical part readiness
What we look for
- PhD, Master, Bachelor Degree in Engineering preferably Electronics/ Mechatronics
- Understanding of MOCVD thin film epitaxy growth and characterization of III-V semiconductor.
- Possess fundamental background in physics/chemistry, process/equipment engineering know-how from wafer fabrication or manufacturing industry.
- Experience/technical knowledge in metrology including PhotoLuminescence, High Resolution X-Ray Diffraction ,Morphology control, Scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive Xray microanalyser, Secondary-ion mass spectrometry, hall effect measurement and LED electrical test will be an added advantage.
- Able to work within a team and contribute as a key player, to participate or to lead a project.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
