Your new responsibilities

  • Responsible for the process of  MOCVD Epitaxy growth, assures the operability and operational goals by sustaining and continuous improving the processes. Key KPIs include epitaxy layer performance, cost, yield, Cpk, other process related KPI.
  • Full responsibility of MOCVD Epitaxy growth process with the ability to act as epitaxy reactor owner. Liaise actively with production and anaytic team to ensure smooth operation and meeting process KPIs. Work closely with equipment/production team to ensure proper equipment handshake to upkeep the uptime and also quality of the wafers.
  • Act as the 1st interface with equipment/analytic/operation team during absence of process engineer. Able to work with cross functional team to upkeep process KPI. 
  • Daily tasks include process adjustment / fine tuning of epitaxy reactor using RMS/R2R system, wafers disposition, equipment/process buyoff following the defined OCAP. 
  • Sub function to support epitaxy pre-buffer process wafer disposition with ability to follow the defined OCAP.
  • Able to support engineering troubleshooting or project by process engineer, co-work to support the ideas from production view to achieve quality, cost or speed performance
