- Represent Process Integration for frontend manufacturing: contribute to defining and maintaining functional blocks of overall process flow, understand interactions, process windows, and ensure integration robustness.
- Support introduction of new technologies/platforms/products into production, working closely with unit process engineers, chip development, and factory teams.
- Provide input to process ownership and control plan definition, support technology transfers and ramp-up activities.
- Understand tool capabilities and contribute to tool/technology roadmap discussions for upcoming needs.
- Collaborate to identify and monitor critical parameters (e.g., special characteristics), support ramp-up and process control updates.
- Provide technical input for site-to-site technology/product transfers, ensuring alignment and change control.
- Coordinate manufacturing aspects of new technologies with process engineering and quality teams.
- Contribute to yield and cost improvements by supporting data analysis and providing process integration insight.
- Assist in excursion management, root cause analysis, and process problem solving in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Support process audit activities and customer requests by providing necessary integration documentation and updates.
