- Provide 24x7 L1 IT support to internal Osram users from production or office.
- Install, configure and maintain IT and OT hardware and software.
- Responsible for the Production equipment automation support, operation and new proliferation implementation.
- MES/EI/Infra Incident and service request handling, escalation and reporting.
- Troubleshooting, testing and provisioning user-facing hardware and software.
- Perform proper maintenance and support for all IT client assets.
- Support projects related to Infrastructure and Applications.
What we look for
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline with at least 2 years of working experience.
- Good understanding on the following:
- Computer hardware deployment, troubleshooting and maintenance i.e. laptops, desktops, printers, projectors, mobile and other client devices
- IT service and incident management using tools such as ServiceNow
- Basic Osram MES and other production application process and knowledge
- Good communication and written skills (English and Malay)
- Able to act independently with minimum supervision and complete tasks as assigned with frequent update to team lead
- Willing to work on shifts.
