Your new responsibilities

  • Perform equipment scheduled maintenances according to the maintenance schedules and specifications
  • Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform unscheduled maintenances to ensure quality recovery and minimum down time
  • Prepare daily scheduled / unscheduled maintenance and troubleshooting activity reports for engineers and supervisors
  • Maintain equipment spare parts and consumables
  • Engage in equipment Continuous Improvement Programs 
  • Support new equipment hookup and startup activities
  • Adhere to company 5S, Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), Waste Management, Cleanroom Protocol and Total Quality Management System policies
  • Support activity related to production equipment, such as material preparation

 


What we look for


  • Candidate must have at least a Diploma in Engineering, preferably in the field of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics, vocationally trained 
  • Fresh graduates with at least 6 months of experience in internship.
  • Able to work in shift
  • Familiar with OEE, SPC, FDC, 8D problem solving, FMEA, DMAIC, TWI, Digital Manufacturing and Automation.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural multi-national working environment & organization.
  • Candidate must have balance assertiveness and responsiveness with strong target achievement ambition. 
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and good understanding in English
