Junior Technician, Equipment Engineering (Plasma)

Your new responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled/unscheduled preventive maintanence (PM) on plasma/thermal tools. 
  • Perform wafer recovery procedure when tools having alarm. 
  • Perform tool troubleshooting on tool alarm events and carry out corrective action plans.
  • Perform routine 5S task in plasma/thermal working areas. 
  • Withdraw and collect parts from store.
  • Support sub-FAB activities related to plasma tools (such as pump status checking and pump installation)


What we look for


  • Candidate must have at least a Diploma in Engineering fields (preferably in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronic).
  • Fresh graduates with diploma as above are encouraged to apply.
  • Posess basic knowledge in vacuum system technology and RF plasma technology is an advantage. 
  • Able to perform critical thinking, systematic troubleshooting methodology.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office - Excel, Powerpoint, Words.
  • Excellent in Bahasa Melayu and English in speaking & writing.
