Your new responsibilities

  • Lead and Develop (or transfer from Regensburg) Lithography Processes to support the Product (Chip) Development projects. Independently manage process projects, ensuring timely completion through well-structured experiments and clear, concise technical documentation.
  • Serve as the key lead for developing new processes, including tool selection, process optimization, and production release. A strong understanding of process-hardware interactions is essential. Drive cost optimization initiatives through process enhancements and material efficiency. Collaborate closely with the Process and Production departments to implement improvement activities and sustain further advancements.
  • Deep involvement on new product introduction to ensure smooth transition & ramp up of new products. Take ownership of Mask/reticle design.
  • Act as a primary interface between Process R&D in Regensburg for new processes and technologies. Establish expertise in Lithography Processes, maintain a comprehensive market overview, and contribute to collaboration and standardization efforts.


What we look for


  • B.Sc, Ph.D, B.Engineering, Physics, Material Science, Optoelectronics, Electrical Engineering or similar field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Lithography process. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management methodologies, and analytical tools such as FMEA, Statistics, 8D, Six Sigma, Corner Stone, Minitab, and JMP.
  • Strong technical expertise in lithography processes and project management. Excellent interpersonal skills, responsible, accountable, proactive, and emotionally intelligent.
  • Significant experience working in an industrial environment, preferably within semiconductor industries, with hands-on expertise in Litho Process. Leadership experience is a required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of technical, physical, material science, and optical principles related to Litho Process, along with expertise in relevant analytical methods.
  • Strong familiarity with semiconductor materials and their applications.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate within a team, strategic analytical thinking, and creativity in problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel.
