Maintenance Technician (Plasma)

Your new responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled/unscheduled preventive maintenance on plasma/thermal tools.
  • Perform wafer recovery procedure when tools having alarm.
  • Perform routine 5S task in plasma/thermal working areas.
  • Withdraw  and collect parts from store for schedule on preventive maintenance/non-schedule preventive maintenance.
  • Support sub-FAB activities related to plasma tools (such as pump status checking, pump replacement, scrubber status check).
  • Perform e-shipping request to ship out clean parts to cleaning facilities.


What we look for


  • At least Diploma degree in engineering fields (Preferably in EE, Mechatronic, Mechanical)                            
  • Min 1 year of front-end semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment working experience(plasma) is preferable.
  • Basic vacuum system  and RF system knowledge.
  • Basic skills in SPC, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Words
  • Fluecy in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
