Your new responsibilities

  • Support Frontend Process Development engineers in releasing new processes and setting up equipment.
  • Assist Frontend Process Development engineers and chip developers in executing assigned lithography tasks, including experimental process steps and DOE activities.
  • Perform hands-on front-end processes and monitor R&D experimental lots.
  • Handle characterization and production tools like microscopes, SEM, EDX, FIB, CD/OVL measurement tool.
  • Provide process training and guidance to the production team.
  • Lead assigned projects focused on process improvements.


What we look for


  • At least a Post Matriculation Certification or Polytechnic Diploma/Advanced Vocational; Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Chemistry and other Engineering related fields
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in semiconductors industry. Experience in LED / R&D & NPI environment will be as added advantage.
  • Experience in project management, DoE, statistics, GR&R, PFMEA and problem solving
  • Experienced in Litho process/ tool will be as added advantage.
  • Experienced in characterization tools like microscopes, SEM, EDX, FIB will be as added advantage
  • Basic Computer skills required/ relevant IT systems
  • Good communication skills in English and Malay language
  • Handle Specific "small" Projects assigned by R&D engineer
  • Data Analyse Cornerstone / Minitab, Data compilation and report writing
  • Willing to work on a 12-hour rotational shift
