Your new responsibilities

  • The process technician is responsible to support process engineers with various engineering projects in the area of cost & quality improvement, line stability, tool qualification. Daily attend to process deviation such as FDC, SPC, CBM violation. Responsible for  recovery of wafers  and dispose according to OCAP. Experience knowledge to litho tools (Canon, SVS, Suess, DNS, Tel or Scanner) is a must.
  • Provide line support for process setup, recovery & corrective actions to meet KPIs defined in the lithography department.
  • Carry out daily process sustaining such as regular anko according to APA. Attend to process deviation such as FDC, SPC, CBM violation. Able to perform Basic Litho machine optimization.
  • Responsible for  recovery of wafers  and dispose according to OCAP.Ensure the compliance to 5S, Cleanroom & Safety Protocol.
  • Support process engineers with various engineering projects in the area of cost & quality improvement, line stability, tool qualification.
  • Able to work in rotating shift pattern.


What we look for


  • Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronics, Production Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years working experience in Lithography in coat, exposure, develop. 
  • Lithography process knowledge (coater, exposure, developer) & SPC. Experience knowledge to litho tools (Canon, SVS, Suess, DNS, Tel or Scanner) is a must.
  • Fluent in English/Malay language (verbal & writing).
